The Light House tower marks the next chapter in the history of Church Street.

The restoration of Pall Mall House and the Coliseum Shopping Centre restores to their original glory two fine examples of early 20th century urban architecture.

Although the buildings were designed as warehouses, the materials used are of the highest quality, above and beyond average commercial requirements. As much of the fine external and internal detailing has been preserved and restored, including neo-classical columns, marble walls and stairwells and wrought iron, Art Nouveau-style balustrades.

The Light House tower is a confident architectural statement adding a new landmark to the Northern Quarter as its tallest building.

The sleek and slender 67 metre, 20-storey glass and stainless steel tower is being built by Stoneacre Construction.
