Kitchen
Kitchens are from the JSL 'Luna' range and feature a range of laminate finished base and wall units, with angled underside lighting. Stainless steel appliances are by Fagor and include electric fan oven, ceramic hob, chimney hood and freestanding Mondblock fridge-freezer. Also included are a fully integrated dishwasher and condenser washer-dryer.
Bathroom/Ensuites
Bathrooms and ensuites have been completed with a range of contemporary white fittings. These are offset with chrome mixers to both wash hand basin and bath, together with a wall mounted thermostatic shower mixer. Bathrooms are fully tiled with ceramics from the 'Marazzi' range, while ensuites are fitted with a ceramic shower tray, fixed shower head and acrylic screen. Bathrooms/ensuites also feature Conran specification units with a ceramic mosaic design, a suspended w/c with concealed cistern, silver float mirror, toilet roll holder in chrome and white electric towel rail.
Doors
Apartment entrance doors are of a white laminate design with hardwood lining and include 180 degree door viewer and voice access system operated via wall mounted telephone. Internal doors are also in white laminate but include moisture resistant MDF linings and are fitted with concealed door closers. Ironmongery for all is in satin stainless steel.
Flooring
Living/Dining rooms and corridors have a dark oak effect laminate flooring, while both bathrooms/en-suites and kitchens have Dalsouple rubber round stud tiles, the former in dark brown and the latter in cream. Bedrooms are carpeted.
Sliding Screens
Sliding screens are constructed from 80mm thick clear faced polycarbonate with an aluminium honeycomb core and a polished stainless steel frame to the perimeter. They are fixed to an overhead sliding door mechanism.
Walls
Areas which are not tiled will be finished with Dulux or similar brilliant white matt emulsion.
Joinery
Architraves, skirtings and - where applicable - window boards, will be square edged MDF with a gloss painted white finish.
