Stoneacre Construction is a new construction company with a ground-breaking approach to building.
The company was launched by Stonehurst Estates to build The Light House, one the most innovative building projects in Manchester, using a unique 'share of the profits' contract. Margin generated on the development will be reinvested in Stoneacre to develop the company further.
Stoneacre manager Barrie Lazenby has more than 25 years experience in the construction industry. His aim is to see Stoneacre evolve by attracting more clients like Stonehurst Estates that are willing to take a radically different approach.

Recent, successfully completed schemes include:

Current and future projects include:
- The transformation of the historic Greenwich Promenade in time for the London Olympics in 2012
